Uprising: The Remarkable Life of
Stormé DeLarverie

A book about the life of Stormé DeLarverie (1923-2014), a biracial, lesbian whose gender expression did not follow norms nor the limited labels of the time. The book is a historical novel based heavily on research, archival material, and interviews with people who knew Stormé.
